What is Eco-living?
Eco-living is a membership based network offering social, financial and self improvement opportunities in a therapeutic housing environment. Members can chose from both shared and private and drop in options with flexible memberships and low costs. Eco-living combines affordable housing, entrepreneurship develop, job readiness, credit building and employment opportunities in our umbrella Network. Members have access to exclusive services, products and an exclusive members only portal.
How can I become a member?
Becoming a member is quick and easy. Apply now to submit an application. Applications are processed in 1-2 business days.
What are the requirements for approval?
There are no income restrictions or credit checks. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and have some form of income that’s at least TWO TIMES the rent amount in order to be approved. If you do not have income or have very low income you may be approved for other income based programs when available. We will set you up with a job coordinator who will help you establish employment. Applicants will be offered a membership plan that best fits their situation and needs. You will need the following to process your application. Failure to provide a complete application will result in denial.

What are the membership plans offered?
There are several plans to chose from. Here is a list of all plans available at this time.
Eco-flex
- This membership is tailored to assist individuals and families who are displaced and suffering from homeless maintain a mailing address and nightly shelter. Members will receive monthly goals and complete process within three month span (90 days) of moving into one of our Temporary housing placements (under 1 year) or Long term housing placements (1 year or more). Eco-living works hand and hand with Eco-flex members to apply for benefits, Conduct job search, Job readiness and entrepreneurship development during the 90 days. The membership also includes priority job offers and same day emergency admissions. Eco-rise basic memberships does not include overnight stays or mail service. Included in this membership package is high speed internet, weekly workshops and goal assessments. Temp or permanent housing placements offered at completion. This package is most suitable for members who are facing challenges, financial hardship or lack of resources and seeking career, entrepreneurship or personal development opportunities. This is not for members in need of immediate emergency shelter or suffering from homelessness.
Eco-flex plus overnight-
Get all the benefits of Eco-rise basic plan plus stay on site in of our suites. Suites are available at a low rate and come with all amenities and utilities included. Need a mailing address to get your mail? Eco rise plus overnight offers mail service. You can have your mail, packages and any other needed documents sent directly to the facility. Laundry room, high speed internet access and a full service furnishes suites are included to all Eco-plus memberships. Temp or permanent housing placements offered at completion. This package is most suitable for members seeking immediate emergency housing and are suffering from homelessness. Members will receive career, entrepreneurship and personal development opportunities along with a temporary placement for 3-6 months.
Temp housing placement-
For members who have verifiable, consistent income for 6 months or more from their current employer or business. Temporary placements can be tailored to need and we offer daily, weekly and month to month options. Stay for one night a week or a few nights a month if needed. Unlike Airbnb we offer low rates and zero surcharges. Get a beautiful all inclusive suite for as low as $15 a night. No credit check and no hassle.
Permanent housing placement
For members who have verifiable, consistent income for 6 months or more from their current employer or business. Permanent placements are from 12-18 months years and includes access to all ELHN products and services. Permanent members are placed in either a studio, one, two or three bedroom apartment. At this time we only offer Apartments. No credit check and no hassle.

Can I apply for multiple plans?
Yes, You are welcomed to apply for all program memberships offered but will be approved based on need and availability. Slots fill up quickly and some memberships may have a waiting list. You can only be approved for one membership at a time but we do offer easy transfers and upgrades.
What is the application process? How long does it take to e approved?
The application process is quick and easy. Fill out the application and answer the questions provided. Be sure to answer all the questions as accurately as possible so that we can better assist you in your placement. We want to make sure you are approved for the right plan and services. Submit your proof of income and conduct a background check. The fee for the background check is $25 and applications normally take 1-2 business days to process. If put in before 12 noon on a business day the application will be processed the same day.
Are pets allowed?
Eco-living knows how important pets are and that they are apart of the family. We do offer pet friendly units but we do have breed and weight and quantity of pet restrictions that vary by placement and unit size. We only allow up to one pet per membership.
Is there a deposit?
Yes! Deposits for Flex and Flex overnight members is Just $100. Temporary placement deposits are $300 and permanent placements are normally same as monthly rent.
What forms of payment are allowed and when is payment due?
We take money orders, credit, debit cards and cash app. You will get a list of payment options and your payment schedule at move in.
How do I sign into my member portal?
Signup for your personalized login and password. You will receive an email once access has been granted. Access is only granted to approved members who have completed the application process .
